How it works

We introduce families to self-employed carers and cleaners who cover their area. You choose who to speak to, and you agree everything with them directly.

If you're looking for help

Often help is needed quickly, after a fall, a stay in hospital or a new diagnosis. We've kept this as simple as we can.

  1. Tell us what you need. Your postcode, whether it's care, cleaning or both, and roughly when. It takes a couple of minutes.
  2. See who's nearby. We show you carers and cleaners who cover your area, closest and best matched first, with their first name, what they offer and their rates.
  3. Choose who you'd like to hear from. Pick up to five. We'll ask you to confirm your email address, so nothing is sent without you.
  4. We introduce you. You get their contact details, and they get yours, so you can talk directly.
  5. Take your time. Meet them and see who feels right. Over the following days we'll send you a few short, optional guides with things worth knowing, such as DBS checks and agreeing terms.

It's free for families. If nobody covers your area yet, you can join a waiting list and we'll email you as soon as someone does.

Start your search

If you're a carer or cleaner

  1. Sign up with your email. No password to remember: we send you a code each time you sign in.
  2. Build your profile. What you offer, the area you cover, when you're available and your rates. You can offer care, cleaning or both.
  3. We check it over. Most profiles are approved within a working day.
  4. Go live for £1 a year. Paid securely through Stripe and renewing automatically, so you don't need to remember. You can cancel at any time.
  5. Families get in touch. When a family chooses you, we email you their details straight away. There's no commission: you agree your work and rates directly with them.

You can also add a photo, and, as an optional extra, links to your business Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn pages (£5 per link per year). Families who have chosen you can then look at your work and reviews, and feel confident before they meet you.

You can also sponsor your area for £4.99 a month, to appear first (labelled “Sponsored”) when local families search for what you offer.
