Questions worth asking

Questions people ask

How long do carpets take to dry?

Often a few hours, depending on the method and the weather. Opening windows helps.

Can every stain be removed?

Not always. Some stains are set or have dyed the fibres. Ask for an honest view before they start.

Is it safe for pets and children?

Ask which products they use, and keep everyone off until it's dry.

Why I started Carers & Cleaners

When my mum, Jean, was diagnosed with dementia, I found it surprisingly hard to find good local help. In the end we found a wonderful independent carer, and later a cleaner, by word of mouth. I built Carers & Cleaners so other families don't have to rely on luck.
